Exploring Legislation Initiatives - December 2018

2018 saw FAN-PAC increase its presence in Trenton by conducting a week-long lobbying efforts in the halls of the Statehouse in June. We also continue to lobby individual legislators and other elected and non-elected officials throughout the year.

2019 is the last year of this legislative session and is an election year for all 80 Assembly seats. The Shared Parenting Bills A-1091 and S-273 have both been assigned to the respective Judiciary Committees and have yet to be posted for hearings. FAN-PAC has been active in seeking additional support for this legislation and will continue these efforts.
